A 29-year-old woman is behind bars after police say she stabbed her roommate to death in Flatbush.
Police say she responded to a 911 call Friday at 11:53 p.m. for an assault call at 557 East 21st St. When police arrived, they found and treated a 29-year-old woman suffering from a laceration to her right hand. She was transferred to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County and is in stable condition.
Freddy Quevedo Death
According to police, Freddy Quevedo, 73, of Brooklyn, sustained multiple stab wounds to the back and was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced dead.
Police arrested Paola Jinenez, 29, in connection with the incident. She has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
