According to online files, Hutto is being held without bond. In addition to involuntary manslaughter, he was charged with violation of possession of firearms.

Police said Hutto did not object to the arrest.
Hutto founded the Salt Life clothing brand with several friends from the Jacksonville area in 2003.
The company’s customer base is primarily made up of customers who enjoy boating, surfing, and fishing. The company’s stickers are widely used on car windows.
Over the weekend, Salt Life noted on its Facebook page that Hutto sold its stake in 2013 and was no longer affiliated with the brand.
“Salt Life expresses its deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased,” the company said in a statement.
Police were dispatched to the hotel Thursday to verify Duncan’s well-being. Found his body around 11:30 am.
The teenager died of a gunshot wound.
Police did not say if Hutto and Duncan knew each other.
