Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office deputies are searching for an “extremely dangerous” man who shot and killed officers in Dahlonega Sunday afternoon.

Officers have surrounded the area and are using APS Air Force to search for flowers in helicopters and dogs on the ground.
At this point, officers ask people to avoid the area and call 911 if they see anything suspicious.
“Please keep the officials who work there in your thoughts and prayers,” the sheriff’s office wrote.
Authorities say the flowers are needed in Lumpkin, Hall and Habersham counties. We do not know what these taxes are.
