Dr Saman Mir Sacharvi, a mother and a teenage daughter Vian Magrio were found dead in a house that had been damaged by “fire and smoke”.

Dr. Saman Mir Sacharvi, 49, and Vian Magrio, 14, who lived together, were found at an address on Colne Road in Reedley, Lancs.
Officers were called yesterday at 8:45 am after a report of security concerns.
There was evidence of fire and smoke damage inside the property.
Both deaths are treated as unexplained and autopsies will be performed to determine the cause.

Superintendent Jon Holmes, Director of Felony, Lancashire Police, said: “These are tragic circumstances and my thoughts at this time are very much with the family of Dr. Sacharvi and Miss Magrio.
“We are still in the early stages of a major investigation in which a dedicated team of detectives and staff is conducting a series of investigations to summarize what happened.
“At this point it is too early to say what caused the deaths of Dr. Sacharvi and Ms. Magrio and we are open.
“I am calling anyone who has information or sees anything suspicious at or around the address to contact us and get in touch with us. Even if you think the information you have is insignificant, please let us know and let us be the judge.
“We recognize the impact of this incident on the community and we have additional patrols in and around the area to reassure us. If anyone has any information or concerns, they can contact one of our agents.
