An aspiring teacher Laura Ashley Anderson and her stepfather Charles Nicholas Wall were shot and killed Monday by a man Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III who moments earlier had put the back of his stepfather’s car.

Laura Ashley Anderson, 21, and Charles Nicholas Wall, 45, were murdered in Georgetown, South Carolina, in front of the house Anderson had recently bought.
Wall had gone home to drop off a spare set of keys with Anderson, who was about to move in and forgot his set.

Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III, 23, was arrested and charged with murder.
Police said it finished after Wall in Anderson’s Alley and then opened fire, killing Wall and Anderson.
A third person, Paul McConnell, was also shot, but must survive.
“It happened in his backyard, waiting for the keys to come to him,” Lynn Lambert, a friend of the family, told WPDE-TV.
Walter fled the scene on foot and tried to escape to a nearby forest, where he was found by K-9 police units and arrested shortly after.
He faces two counts of murder and one attempted murder.
“I am devastated. Heartbroken. Confused. Angry. I don’t understand. Who shoots innocent people? Kimberly Wall, Anderson’s mother and Charles Wall’s wife, wrote in a Facebook post.
“[Anderson] wanted to be a teacher like her mother,” Lambert told WPDE.
“She was getting ready to start school. She was putting everything in order. Everything was starting to fall into place for her. ”
A bond hearing is scheduled for Walter on Wednesday, August 26 at 9 am.
