New Jersey high school owner Scott Fairlamb, who is accused of attacking police when he stormed the United States Capitol on January 6, is being held without bail, while the Texans were detained by the Federal authorities Wednesday for attacking police.
Scott Fairlamb, who is seen on video assaulting a police officer during the January 6 storm on the United States Capitol, was charged last month with twelve counts.
Fairlamb, a mixed martial arts veteran who runs a gym in Pompton Lakes, was one of the first activists to storm the building.
Mark and Jalise Middleton, of Forestburg, 80 miles northwest of Dallas, were arrested Wednesday by federal authorities who filed a criminal complaint alleging they were seen in videos and photos involved in the riot.
They were released from the Collin County Jail on Thursday, according to a report.
