Who was Kendarius Vaughn ?
A Mississippi man shot himself to death in the drive-thru of a Clinton Chick-fil-A restaurant Friday night when he got into an argument with a backseat passenger and pulled a gun.
Clinton police said 23-year-old Kendarius Vaughn was driving when he and the passenger began arguing about the warrant, WLBT reported.
Vaughn pulled out a gun, police said, waved it around before turning it toward the back seat.

Vaughn pulled the trigger and shot himself
Vaughn’s brother, also in the back seat, grabbed Vaughn’s arm and pushed him into the front seat, but somehow Vaughn pulled the trigger and shot himself.
The rear seat passenger climbed into the driver’s seat and took Vaughn to the hospital, where he died.
Clinton Police Chief Ford Hayman told WAPT that the shooting did not appear to be intentional.
“Whatever they were doing in the car, the intended consequence was not someone getting shot, but we are reviewing all the evidence,” he said.
