A rapper acquitted of killing his Holby City star girlfriend, who fatally overdosed at a music festival, has been kicked off the roads after refusing to give police a blood sample.
Ceon Broughton, 33, who performs as CeonRPG, was released from an eight-and-a-half-year prison sentence when the Court of Appeal overturned his manslaughter conviction in 2020.
It came after he was jailed in 2019 following the death of 24-year-old Louella Fletcher-Michie, the daughter of Holby City actor John Michie.
The rapper was in court again, this time at Westminster Magistrates Court, where he pleaded guilty to failing to provide a sample to City of London Police while driving his black 1.6-litre Daihatsu Sportrak in the Square Mile on 5 March. March. March. June.
He also pleaded guilty on the day of his trial, after initially fighting the charge, to driving on Cornhill without a license authorizing him to operate the vehicle.

Broughton, from Enfield, north London, was fined £250, with costs £200, and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge. He was also banned from driving for sixteen months.
Broughton was jailed in 2019 after he gave Fletcher-Michie the Class A hallucinogenic drug 2-CP at the Dorset Bestival festival in 2017.
Ms. Fletcher-Michie was found dead in a forest, 400 meters from the festival’s hospital tent, in the early hours of September 11, the day she was due to turn 25.
Broughton recorded her as “disturbed, agitated and then seriously ill”, she told herself at trial at Winchester Crown Court, where Broughton was also convicted of supplying the Class A drug.
However, three Appeals Court judges overturned the involuntary manslaughter conviction, ruling that the prosecution failed to prove that Louella could have survived had Broughton called for help.
