A waitress at an upstate New York restaurant accused of stealing lottery tickets from her workplace was charged last week with one count of grand larceny in the third degree.
Danielle Bush, 30, a resident of Orchard Park, worked as a waitress in a restaurant in Hamburg. Bush is charged with allegedly taking game tickets and making fraudulent bets from June 2019 to February 2020, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.

Bush was Charged May 5 on one count of grand theft in the third degree. She is scheduled to return to court on June 7, 2021. Bush, who was released at her own expense, faces a possible maximum sentence of seven years in prison if she is found guilty.
