A Texas man was arrested after authorities thwarted his plan to carry out a shooting at a Walmart.
Coleman Thomas Blevins, 28, was brought to the attention of police in Kerville, northwest of San Antonio, after intercepting a message that allegedly detailed his plans to carry out the rampage at a local hypermarket.
The FBI and the Texas Department of Public Safety found several weapons, several clips of ammunition and boxes of ammunition along with “radical ideology paraphernalia” in the suspect’s home.

Blevins was arrested on Friday under a terrorist threat warrant and remains in custody.

Blevins was already on probation for a felony and was banned from having firearms. He is being held in the Kerr County Jail on a $ 250,000 bond.
