Chevy was blocked and Rosas allegedly escaped on foot. Later, a police officer saw someone who followed the description of the fugitive Chevy driver. As the officers said, the man described himself as Rosas, and his hands, legs, and bare feet were covered in blood.

Chevy’s registered owner, Rosas, was arrested on a blatant hit-and-run charge and taken to a hospital for review. It is also charged with using a suspended license. Officials, alcohol is thought to be a factor in the collision.
The giants said in a statement that “we are aware of the situation” and that they are in contact with Rosas. The team refused to comment any further. Information about a lawyer for Rosas was not immediately available.
