Who is Yamirka Menendez ?
Yamirka Menendez, 51, was arrested for child abuse after surveillance footage slapped two foster children.
The footage also appears to show Menendez tossing a baby to the ground on September 8 at the Time of Wonder kindergarten in Tampa, Florida.

Police said the boy “cannot stand or put weight on her left foot and leg.”
The tibia and fibula subsequently fractured, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department.
Later that day, around noon, it appears that Menendez hit the same boy on the head while sitting in the mechanical chair.
An hour later, Menendez was seen nursing another baby, a four-month-old baby.
Police say Menéndez grabbed and forcibly tore off the victim’s right leg and repeatedly beat the boy.
The next day, the mother of the one-year-old girl took her son to the hospital after discovering that she was unable to put weight on her left foot.
The doctor diagnosed the fractures and weeks later, on Sept. 22, child protective services examined the boy, according to the sheriff’s office.
They discovered that the injury was due to child abuse and reported it to the sheriff’s office.
On September 28, Menéndez was arrested and charged with child sexual abuse.
His colleague Milagros Rodríguez, who was in the room at the time of the alleged abuse, is accused of failing to report the child abuse.
Rodríguez, 52, can be seen in the security images that pick up a child hanging from Menéndez’s arms.
None of the women have a criminal record.
