Who is William Junior Maxwell II ?

Rapper Fetty Wap was arrested on federal drug charges and was taken into custody at Citi Field in New York on Thursday.

The rapper, whose real name is William Junior Maxwell II, was arrested by FBI agents at the sports stadium.

The indictment against him is sealed, but he is expected to be arraigned this morning in federal court in New York.wikipedia

Hours before his arrest, the rapper posted a cryptic note on his Instagram story, writing: ‘N *****, they move cautious, they never worry’, complete with a prayer emoji and an emoji of Crown.

Investigation

It is unclear how long he has been under the FBI investigation or if anyone else has been involved in the investigation.

Arrested and Charged

The 30-year-old rapper from Paterson, New Jersey, was reportedly part of the group. The exact charges against the rapper will be revealed later on Friday morning.

He was also arrested in November 2017 and charged with DUI after police say he was caught drag racing another car on a New York City highway.

Two years ago, Fetty Wap was arrested after allegedly assaulting three employees at a hotel.

A law enforcement source said FBI agents arrested the rapper, whose real name is William Junior Maxwell II, at Citi Field on drug charges.

Six members of a drug distribution ring were charged with trafficking heroin and fentanyl during the Rolling Loud music festival.
