Prayut Phetkun, a spokesman for the deputy attorney general, said the indictment has been dropped on previous charges of reckless and fatal driving from Vorayuth and a new charge of cocaine use.
“There was evidence that Vorayuth was driving fast and using drugs before the incident,” Prayut told Reuters on Friday.
