Australian actor Vince Colosimo is facing a possible stay behind bars after he was allegedly caught driving drugs for the second time.

The Underbelly star, who is soon to star in the upcoming series of Celebrity Apprentice Australia, will face court in February over the alleged offense in the trendy Melbourne suburb of St Kilda last April, which resulted in her car being impounded.
He was previously warned by a magistrate that he faced possible jail time if he ever returned to court charged with alleged driving offences.
The latest saga comes after the Daily Mail Australia revealed that Colosimo was the alleged victim of an opportunistic swindler who threatened to ruin his career if he didn’t hand over $50,000.

Victoria police confirmed that a 55-year-old Elwood man was charged with driving without a license and high on drugs.
Members of the Prahran Highway Patrol intercepted a car on St Kilda Road, St Kilda, at around 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 3, 2021, the statement read.
The man is alleged to have been driving without a license. He also underwent a drug test that came back positive.
“His car has been seized and he will appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court on February 14.”
Channel Nine is understood to have been unaware of Colosimo’s legal dramas while filming the sixth season of Celebrity Apprentice Australia, the Herald Sun reported.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine and Colosimo’s management, RGM, for comment.
Colosimo’s previous brushes with the law over his driving record began in 2014, when he was fined $1,000 without conviction after he was arrested driving with a suspended license.
