Tyshebia Woods, 27, was arrested Sunday night by the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office in connection with Saturday’s homicide.
GCSO began issuing alerts Sunday morning searching for Woods, first naming her as a person of interest and later as a suspect. The Capital Regional Medical Center Gadsden ER is located in Quincy.
According to a GCSO spokesperson, not much is known about what led to the shooting, but the man died from his injuries. It was her birthday.
