Timothy Wilks Wiki
Timothy Wilks Biography
Nashville police responded at 9:25 p.m. in the parking lot of the Urban Air Trampoline Park, where David Starnes, 23, admitted in a press release that he shot Timothy Wilks, 20.
Witnesses told detectives that Wilks and a friend were involved in a “deceptive” robbery in a YouTube video when they used butcher knives to approach a group of people, including Starnes. Starnes said that he did not know anything about the prank and shot Wilks to defend himself and the people he was with.
In 1982, he appeared as the domestic terrorist Andrew Reinhardt in three episodes of the television show St. Elsewhere. In 1985, he guest-starred on the second episode of the Moonlighting television series, “Gunfight at the So-So Corral.” He also participated in films, such as the role of the frat “Mother” in Fraternity Vacation (1985) and Lieutenant Sam “Merlin” Wells in the fighter pilot film Top Gun (1986). He appeared in The Love Boat, as a young version of one of the characters in retrospect on World War II. His breakthrough role was as pitcher Ebby Calvin “Nuke” LaLoosh in the baseball movie Bull Durham (1988), in which he co-starred with Susan Sarandon and Kevin Costner.
No one has been charged with Wilks’ death. The case is still ongoing.
