Sydney Sutherland is a 25-year-old Arkansas resident who disappeared while jogging on August 19.

Lewellyn, 28, was arrested Aug. 21 and is being held without bail in the Randolph County Jail for murder, rape, kidnapping and personal injury, PEOPLE confirms. Lewelly’s attorney is not on the prison file.
Two days earlier, authorities had said that Sutherland, who was a nurse, had disappeared while on the run.
After returning to the home he shared with a friend, investigators quickly began a search with various agencies, including the Arkansas State Police and the FBI. In addition to the search on foot in the area, three helicopters were used to conduct aerial investigations, Jackson County Sheriff David Lucas said at a news conference.
Lewellyn, a farmer, was arrested by authorities hours after Sutherland’s remains were found near his home in Jackson County.
According to testimony, an Arkansas State Police investigator said Lewellyn saw Sutherland jogging on 41 South Jackson County Road, more than a mile from his home.
Fox16.com officials reported Sutherland went to a gym in the city of Jonesboro on Wednesday, citing officials.
Departure, inspectors are now watching surveillance video of the facility for potential clues.
Jackson County Sheriff David Lucas confirmed in a press conference Thursday that he saw a UPS driver, Sutherland, running near County Road 41 on the night of Aug. 19, according to WMC-TV.
The sheriff’s office reported that AT&T received multiple pings from Sutherland’s phone line of sight, Fox16.com reported. Lucas said the 25-year-old had his phone and apple watch with him.
Fox16.com went on to say that law enforcement agencies are trying to use potential information on the watch.
WMC-TV said that among Sutherland’s view and location pings, they focused their research on the area of the loop that “normally walks” between County Road 41, 42, 43 and Highway 18.
Since then, authorities have located Sutherland’s cell phone, WMC TV reported.
The station added that law enforcement officers found the cell phone about a quarter mile from his home and Highway 67.
Sutherland lives with her boyfriend on Highway 18 between Newport and Grubbs, Lucas told Fox16.com.
The sheriff announced that there were no signs of trouble between the couple, the outlet reported.
