In June 2020, a minor told investigators that Collucci assaulted the student during a class in June 2017 while driving in the Bridgewater and Hillsborough area, according to attorney Michael H. Robertson.
Another charge against Collucci was filed in January when a second teenager told authorities Collucci assaulted the student during a driving class near New Brunswick in February 2019, the prosecutor said in a statement.
Collucci was working for Dill’s driving school when the alleged incidents occurred, according to prosecutors.
The school’s owner, Heinz Neumaier, said Collucci had not worked at the Somerville school since April 2019. He was hired about two years earlier and passed all of the state tests required for the position, he added.
It was not immediately clear if Collucci had a defense attorney to comment on the allegations.
