Sonia Sui is a Taiwanese actress, television host, and model. She is best known for her role as Hsieh An-Chen on the 2010 television series The Fierce Wife. She starred in a number of TV series and movies, including the well-received Magicians of Love and The Year of Happiness and Love, as well as landing many endorsement deals. She also co-hosted the Golden Horse Awards ceremony in 2008.
At the age of 13, Sui was sent to Poland, where she completed her secondary education in Poznań. She then moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, where she finished high school and went to study psychology at the University of Winnipeg. Sonia Sui has been married to her husband Tony Hsieh since January 9, 2015. The couple were married in Clark County, Nevada, United States. Hsieh is the brother of American-Taiwanese actress Aggie Hsieh. Sonia Sui’s husband, Tony Hsieh, should not be confused with Tony Hsieh, former CEO of online shoe and clothing company Zappos. Sui was previously in a relationship with actor How Yao from 2004 to 2012.

Tony Hsieh, a former CEO of retail giant Zappos and founder of DTP, has died at the age of 46. Las Vegas-based DTP Companies issued a statement on November 27 confirming his death, according to 8NewsNow Las Vegas. The businessman passed by surrounded by friends and family in Connecticut, the station reported.

“Tony’s kindness and generosity touched the lives of all those around him and enlightened the world forever,” said DTP Companies in a statement obtained by 8NewsNow Las Vegas. “Providing happiness was always his mantra, so instead of regretting his transition, we ask you to join us in celebrating his life.”
Hsieh’s death comes just three months after he retired as CEO of Zappos, a Las Vegas-based online shoe and clothing retailer, after a 20-year stint, the station continued.
Kedar Deshpande, CEO of Zappos, said in an online statement:
“The world has lost a tremendous visionary and an incredible human being. We recognize that not only have we lost our inspiring former leader, but many of you have also lost a mentor and friend. Tony was instrumental in helping build the thriving Zappos business we have today, along with his passion to help support and advance our company culture. ”
Puoy Premsrirut, an attorney for Hsieh, told the Reno Gazette-Journal that he was “injured in a house fire” while visiting family in Connecticut.
Cause of death
No further details have been released about his death.
