Inspector Swanson said: “We are anxious to know that Scarlet is safe and sound.
We believe that she may be in the company of a relative and possibly in the Republic of Ireland.
Last night, the police launched an urgent call to the public and asked anyone with information to contact them.
‘He was wearing peach leggings, a peach skirt, a peach T-shirt with daddy’s little superstar printed on the front, and a dark blue jumper with a silver sequined heart.
‘If any member of the public has any information on Scarlet, I urge them to contact the police immediately.
“I would appeal to that person to contact the police as soon as possible on 101, citing reference number 932 of 06/28/21.”
