A 20-year-old woman who was possibly abducted by her estranged boyfriend Tuesday morning has been found safe.
Rylee Heinz had last been seen with her estranged boyfriend, Orlando Romero, 21, near Platte Valley Medical Center around 6:05 a.m. Both were last seen in a dark gray 2008 Dodge Charger with no license plates.
Suspect killed in police chase was convicted of killing his wife
Brighton Police tweeted: “Around 4:45 p.m. m., the victim approached a friend who then contacted our department. Our officers confirmed that Rylee had been located and was safe. The case is still under investigation and we will provide updates as they become available.”
Police are investigating the incident and welcome suggestions from the public.
