Deputy Chief Nev Kemp’s call with Sgt. Rachael Johnson was caught on his device’s audio recorder while they were planning a night at a hotel, a source said.

Rachel’s husband Ross, who is also a sergeant, questioned her and said she was in a relationship, claiming she was vulnerable after the death of a loved one.
