Poppy was last seen wearing a white quilted coat, black leggings, and white Nike sneakers.
Staffordshire Police said: “We are asking for help finding missing teenager Poppy Warner.
“The 13-year-old boy was last seen in the Newchapel area of Kidsgrove at around 5pm on Saturday (January 22).”
Anyone with information can call the police on 101 citing incident 555 from January 22.
