A doorman at the Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital admitted to 58 sexual assaults on six children over the course of 35 years, a court heard today.
Paul Farrell, 55, pleaded guilty to s*x crimes committed between 1985 and 2020, including attempted rape and sexual assault of a minor under the age of 13.
The charges concern six victims, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, who are now between eight and 43 years old.
Farrell held various positions, including porter, at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in central London between 1994 and 2020.
Wood Green Crown Court heard that at least two victims claimed to have been sexually abused by Farrell at the hospital.
