AMERICA’S Got Talent and The Voice contestant Nolan Neal has died at the age of 41 after a long battle with addiction.
The musician was found dead in his Nashville apartment on Monday by his cousin Dylan Seals, according to TMZ.

The musician was found dead in his Nashville apartment on Monday by his cousin Dylan .
However, Nolan has been open about his problems with substance abuse in the past.
His cousin Dylan told TMZ that Nolan was sober while living with him for four months before the pandemic.
Nolan appeared on the 15th season of America’s Got Talent in 2020.
She made it to the quarterfinals where she performed her soulful original song, Send Me a Butterfly.
During his opening audition, the singer talked about losing a record deal due to his addiction.
Nolan said at the time: “I got a record deal in LA, I was like, ‘This is it!’ And I party hard.
“Very soon I started to become unruly because I thought I was a rock star. I came to New York to record my album, and I only remember that I couldn’t sing because I was so bad. The record company decided to leave me. ”
ADDICTION STRUGGLES
He recalled, “I came back to Nashville and started to spiral down. It got so bad people had to intervene.”
Nolan added during the audition that he was sober, felt “very clear and focused” and was grateful for the opportunity to audition.
“I haven’t touched the hard stuff since then. I really believe in destiny, and it means a lot to me to have this opportunity,” he said.
He sang a song called “Lost,” which was the first thing he wrote after getting clean, and received a standing ovation from all four judges.
