He is April 12, 1971 (age 50 years), Los Angeles, California, United States
Arrested and Charged
Police arrested Brendon after he was allegedly observed in a silver Dodge Journey, without signaling and driving erratically as he crossed the street in Vigo County, Indiana, early Wednesday morning.
In 2015, he was arrested again for vandalizing a hotel room, this time in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Later that year, he was charged with attacking a woman in a hotel room in upstate New York.
He was charged with a felony third-degree robbery, criminal mischief and obstruction of breathing, according to NBC News.
In 2017, he was arrested on charges of domestic violence.
After detaining him, an officer with the Terre Haute Police Department said they noticed that he was sweating a lot and that he “seemed nervous due to the visibly racing pulse in his neck and shaking hands.”
Police said that when the officer asked for identification, Brendon gave him a California card with Kelton Schultz’s name on it.
After verifying the identification, the officer discovered that Schultz and Brendon shared the same birthday and that his previous record indicated that he might have “violent tendencies.”

Brendon was previously sentenced to three years of probation in February 2020, after pleading guilty to domestic battery for attacking his girlfriend at the Palm Springs hotel in 2017.
On Wednesday, officers pulled him over and searched the car, discovering a ‘small plastic bag containing glass residue / dust’ along with a prescription pill bottle for ‘Nicholas Bender’ in the passenger seat.
Brendon has been arrested repeatedly, including in September 2015
The officer, who was suspicious of methamphetamine and cocaine use, called a drug sniffing dog after seeing signs, such as a cut carpet and recently removed interior panels, that the vehicle may have been used in drug trafficking.
The dog discovered several more plastic bags containing “residue” as well as a prescription for amphetamine salts that was filled earlier in the day and prescribed to Kelton Shultz.
When the officer referred to Brendon by his real name, he allegedly replied “yes?” and then the officer asked him why he had not identified himself with his real name.
Brendon allegedly told the officer that Schultz was his twin brother before finally admitting that his real name was Nicholas.
In addition to fraud, Brendon was accused of not properly identifying himself to the officer.
His attorney, Christopher Esker, declined to comment during the ongoing litigation.
It is not the first time that the actor has been arrested and charged for incidents caused by alcohol.
In 2010, Los Angeles police shot Brendon after they responded to a call about his drunken behavior.
He was later charged with one count of resisting arrest, two counts of battery against a police officer, and one count of vandalism.
The star did not contest the charges and he received a one-year suspended jail sentence after checking into a Malibu treatment center.
However, Brendon’s legal troubles began again in 2014 when he was arrested for allegedly vandalizing a hotel room in Idaho.
Since then, Brendon has appeared on Dr. Phil, speaking candidly about his battles with alcoholism and depression.
He is famous for having played Xander Harris in all 145 episodes of Buffy from 1997 to 2003.
The actor last had a recurring role on the hit MTV sitcom Faking It, which ended in 2016.
