A Gold Coast social media star, Mikayla Noakes, has pleaded guilty to playing a role in an alleged drug syndicate with a former NRL player Michael Gordon’s.

Mikayla Noakes was one of seven people arrested for alleged cross-border syndication of MDMA and cocaine in New South Wales and Queensland.

The 20-year-old appeared in Tweed Heads District Court on Monday. He was charged with participating in a criminal organization that contributes to criminal activity and with participating in the supply of a prohibited drug.
The Casuarina model on the north coast of New South Wales has pleaded not guilty to either charge and his case was postponed until January 15.
The Instagram star has over 12,000 subscribers and frequently shows her bikini-clad body to fans and advertises fashion and swimwear brands.
She did not speak to the media after appearing in court, NCA NewsWire reported.
Ms. Noakes was arrested along with six other people, including former NRL player and Gold Coast Titans specialty coach Michael Gordon, following the raids in New South Wales and on Saturday.
Detectives had been investigating the alleged distribution of illicit drugs between the two states since May.
They raided houses in Casuarina and Terranora, in northern New South Wales, and searched houses in Robina, Burleigh Waters and Miami, Queensland.
Police reportedly found cocaine, MDMA, steroids, more than $ 60,000 in cash, cell phones, and drug paraphernalia.

Gordon was charged with two cases of supplying a prohibited drug and two cases of possession of a prohibited drug.
He has been given a strict probationary bond and will appear in local Tweed Heads court on December 14.
The Gold Coast Titans said in a statement that Gordon had been removed from his coaching duties at the club.
“Michael worked under contract and offered the club specialized training services last season,” the Titans statement said. “He will not offer the club any services until further notice.”
Tate Robinson was also arrested during the police operation, and Ms. Noakes is frequently featured in popular posts on her Instagram account.
The 22-year-old has been charged with 20 criminal offenses, including supplying a prohibited drug, continually supplying prohibited drugs, and participating in a criminal group that contributes to criminal activity.
The young surfer was arrested and will appear in court on January 15.
Other charges against the alleged union include a 20-year-old man charged with supplying and possessing a prohibited drug.
A 21-year-old man was charged with participating in a criminal organization, contributing to criminal activity, and participating in the supply of a prohibited drug.
A 21- and 31-year-old man was arrested in Queensland and is being extradited to New South Wales.
Brendon Cullen, chief inspector for the Tweed and Byron Police Department, said arrests are higher than schoolchildren.
“Byron Bay is one of the busiest places on the east coast of Australia right now. Thousands of school children are expected to fill the coastal cities in the coming weeks, ”said Detective Cullen.
“These drugs were (supposedly) destined for our streets and these arrests have severely disrupted the supply chain in school grounds.
“The police will claim in court that this union operated across the border and we are delighted to bring these people to justice.
