Tahjgeem Breakenridge, 18, of Oldfield Road, Balsall Heath, Birmingham, and Michael Ugochukwu, 18, of Twyning Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, were also convicted of murder after nearly 16 hours of jury deliberations.
The 14-year-old was also convicted of possession of a firearm with the intent to endanger life, while 16-year-old Breakenridge and Ugochukwu were all convicted of possessing an offensive weapon.
Keon Lincoln died in the hospital about two hours after the attack.
At the beginning of the trial, it was heard that Keon was killed outside his home in a “brief and brutal” attack.
He was repeatedly stabbed by a group who got out of a stolen car and chased him, before being shot in the stomach while lying on the ground, the court was reported.
On Friday, jurors will resume their deliberations on Kieron Donaldson, 18, of Aston Lane, Perry Barr, who denies the murder.
