Who was Marc Rochecouste?
Marc Rochecouste, 36, was skydiving at the Hillman Farm skydiving club in Western Australia’s Wheatbelt on Sunday when he suffered fatal injuries trying to land.
His partner shared an emotional post on Monday in which they revealed their anguish that their boy and girl would be growing up without his father.
‘His life was cut short, but I can assure you that she was full of the best experiences. He was the most loving and adoring father,” he wrote.
Investigation
Ochecouste, 36, was jumping at Hillman Farm Skydiving Club in the Wheatbelt, Western Australia, on Sunday when he suffered fatal injuries while trying to land.
WA Police say there were multiple witnesses to the tragedy and urge them to come forward as they continue their investigations into his death.
The Australian Parachute Federation says Rochecouste completed 600 jumps and competed for four years.
He had participated in state wingsuit, skydiving, and formation skydiving competitions.
