Falcao was an MMA legend and was a professional fighter for nearly two decades, compiling a 40-20 win-loss record.

He contested a UFC fight against Gerald Harris, which he won by unanimous decision at UFC 123 in 2010.

Investigation

The shocking incident occurred in a bar and he was rushed to the hospital around 3 a.m.
