The Incident Escalated After Balsamo Heard Goodbaum Asking Staff About a Mask Policy for Patrons

Goodbaum’s post said the events started when he noticed the unmasked woman coughing. In the video, Balsamo can be heard yelling at Goodbaum, “You’re a bitch,” before walking to cough up on him. Later in the video, she says she has antibodies so she doesn’t have to wear a mask in public and tells Goodbaum to take care of her business.

According to the CDC, there is not yet enough information about the antibodies to COVID-19 and whether they can prevent someone from reinfecting themselves. It still recommends that people with a positive antibody test follow the recommendations to protect themselves and others.
