The mother of one has previously made headlines after boasting that she spent nearly £ 300,000 on plastic surgery to transform herself into a ‘Barbie doll’.

Suspended

Today, Miles received a 16-week suspended jail sentence in Chelmsford Magistrates Court after she was found guilty of assaulting emergency workers.

On August 26, 2020, Miles was enraged while visiting Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex, where her grandmother was a patient.

“I constantly remember what happened, I had to stop meeting friends. I am afraid to see the accused again and to attack me again.

“I am terrified and I feel so isolated, this has made me struggle to get to work.”

Dobson, a dedicated NHS worker, revealed that she had been losing shifts.

“I am constantly looking over my shoulder… I have considered quitting my job. I think this incident will stay with me for life. ‘

Miles was convicted last month of three counts of assaulting an emergency worker, as well as criminal damage and careless driving.

Today, she was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for one year. She was also ordered to pay £ 1,370, including £ 620 court costs, £ 250 in compensation for criminal damage to Broomfield Hospital and £ 500 victim surcharge.

When she was advised by her staff to arrange another visiting hours due to Covid restrictions, Miles threw a laptop and folders at a nurse, injuring her shoulder.

Miles then hit another nurse on the chest before driving her car carelessly towards a security guard who attempted to photograph Miles’s license plate before she left the hospital.

Victim

In the indictment, Jacqueline Dankyi told the court that one of the victims had considered leaving her job at the hospital because of the attack.

The court heard Isobelle Dobson, a ward sister, who watched the carnage unfold after she simply tried to negotiate with Miles to find a better time to visit.

She was left with bruises after Miles hit her with a laptop. A trial had heard Miles go on a tirade of abuse towards Ms. Dobson.

‘She called me s ** t, called me s ** g, told me to fuck off and said it was rude … he was extremely intimidated. He did not know what to do.

Statement

‘Then she picked up a folder – it hit me on my right forearm. I suffered a large black bruise across the top of my arm. ‘

The experienced junior sister broke down in tears as she gave evidence at Colchester Magistrates’ Court last month.

‘I do remember her calling me a w *** e and a s ** g. When I heard the doors of the ward shut I was so relieved ‘, she added.

In her defense of her de ella, Miles claimed that she had been attacked by staff and acted in self defense, using her de ella martial arts training of her de ella. ‘I felt like I could be assaulted or sexually violated, or trapped or detained against my will,’ she added.

In her victim impact statement by ella, Ms Dobson said how she now feels ‘very vulnerable and anxious everyday’.

Miles previously hit headlines while saying she was devastated

The magistrates also served Miles with a one-year restraining order prohibiting him from returning to the Broomfield Hospital ward and communicating with his victims.

Bench chair Margaret Macallan said: ‘This was an assault where weapons were used around vulnerable people.

“It was in the midst of a global pandemic that visiting hours were restricted nationally.”

To mitigate, Luke Jaques said that Miles had recently been diagnosed with autism and that he suspected he had ADHD.

He added, “She accepts that she did not handle her emotions in the right way.”
