“Legal proceedings are ongoing and I would like to remind everyone to avoid speculation that could harm this investigation.
“We continue to call anyone with information about the incident to contact the main crime investigation team.”
Family friends said they received a call Saturday morning from Miss Williamson to say that Logan had been transferred to Prince of Wales Hospital in nearby Bridgend.
She reportedly collapsed when doctors told her that Logan couldn’t save himself.
Family friends paid tribute online to the “kind, funny, polite, beautiful and smart” boy. Those who wanted to pay their respects to him were encouraged to place the teddy bears near a lamp post and a walkway near where his body was found.
