Who is Jessica Beauvais?
A Long Island woman charged in the death of a New York police officer Tuesday had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit, the Post said.
Sources said Jessica Beauvais, 32, was fighting with police when she was pulled over by vehicles for involuntary manslaughter while drunk and on other charges after hitting officer Anastasios Tsakos, 43, on the road when he was attacked in November. Long Island Expressway.

Hours before the sinking, the 32-year-old posted a lengthy video on Facebook as part of a podcast she hosted.
“I don’t like barriers,” Beauvais of Hempstead said in the video posted Monday night.
“That’s why I don’t like to work. And I don’t like the rules. ”
Beauvais also criticized police during the nearly two-hour podcast, largely based on the conviction of former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin last week after George Floyd’s death.
“We are not afraid of the police,” she said. Like those songs, fuck the police. We want you to know that we have no idea about you, your mother, your children, your wife. You are nobody. You are not for us: insecticides, cockroaches, infestations. ”
“They love roaches,” she says. “Nobody asks for you. It is simply boring to watch. Good, bad or indifferent. Honestly.”
Beauvais has already committed at least five traffic offenses in New York and North Carolina in 2011, including using an electronic device while driving and driving without registration, police told the Post.
She will be tried in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday.
