Jenn Lim Biography
Jenn Lim is the CEO and co-founder of Delivering Happiness (DH). She co-founded DH with Tony Hsieh to inspire science-based happiness, passion, and purpose at work, home, and in everyday life.
Jenn was a consultant for Zappos from 2003 to 2011. She created the first (of several) Zappos Culture Books, an embodiment of how companies can use company culture as a way to increase productivity and profitability. In 2010, he led the launch and management of Tony’s first book (Delivering Happiness), which sold more than 800,000 copies internationally and reached # 1 on the list of numerous bestsellers (including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today). It was voted one of the best business books by NPR, Inc. Magazine and the Wall Street Journal, stayed on the New York Times list for 27 weeks, and has been published in 20 languages around the world.
She is a member of the Global Happiness Work and Wellness Council and advisory council for Springboard, an initiative led by Geisinger Health Systems. She was selected to serve on the Global Happiness Work and Wellness Council in 2017.
Delivering Happiness has evolved from a book to a bus tour, and is now a company and a global happiness movement represented by people from 110 countries. Today, she is dedicated to growing DH to inspire happiness in individuals, communities and businesses so that together we can create a happier world.

Tony Hsieh Death
Tony Hsieh, a former CEO of retail giant Zappos and founder of DTP, has died at the age of 46. Las Vegas-based DTP Companies issued a statement on November 27 confirming his death, according to 8NewsNow Las Vegas. The businessman passed by surrounded by friends and family in Connecticut, the station reported.

“Tony’s kindness and generosity touched the lives of all those around him and enlightened the world forever,” said DTP Companies in a statement obtained by 8NewsNow Las Vegas. “Providing happiness was always his mantra, so instead of regretting his transition, we ask you to join us in celebrating his life.”
Hsieh’s death comes just three months after he retired as CEO of Zappos, a Las Vegas-based online shoe and clothing retailer, after a 20-year stint, the station continued.
Kedar Deshpande, CEO of Zappos, said in an online statement:
“The world has lost a tremendous visionary and an incredible human being. We recognize that not only have we lost our inspiring former leader, but many of you have also lost a mentor and friend. Tony was instrumental in helping build the thriving Zappos business we have today, along with his passion to help support and advance our company culture. ”
Puoy Premsrirut, an attorney for Hsieh, told the Reno Gazette-Journal that he was “injured in a house fire” while visiting family in Connecticut.

No further details have been released about his death.
