McGonagle’s alleged accomplice, a bald elderly man who was photographed wearing jeans, an orange polo shirt and sunglasses, remains at large.

A man who police said was McGonagle then jumps out of the car, grabs the boy and, according to footage, shoves him into the back seat of the car near Myrtle and Hillside avenues around 8:45 p.m.
The desperate mother was able to pull her son out of an open car window before the vehicle drove away.
Sources said her mother and children were going to her husband’s work to bring him food when the near-abduction occurred.
