Who is James Lawton?
James Lawton, 27, was charged with murder after a month-old baby was found dead in Newbury.
Emergency services rushed to the Newbury, Berkshire home after baby Colby Lawton went into cardiac arrest in April 2020.
He was hospitalized at Fountain Gardens in Ashridge Courthouse, but tragically died.
On May 14 of last year, a man and a woman, both from Newbury, were arrested for murder and later released on bail.
They were arrested again yesterday.

A 25-year-old Newbury woman has been released on bail.
