An investigation heard that Jade had stayed with her mother Jane Mitchell and a friend of hers during the lockdown.
Ella but she was found tragically dead on the couch in the ferry port town of Holyhead, Anglesey in June 2020.
In a statement, mother Jane said her daughter had been in the care of a mental health team before her death and was “crying for help.”
Causes of Death
She said: ‘I know she was being bullied online and in person, they would say nasty things about her and her appearance.
“A doctor had told her that she had to stop drinking because she had the liver of a 60-year-old.”
The investigation heard that Jade drank up to 12 cans a day and had been diagnosed with OCD, PTSD, social anxiety and ADHD.
Mom Jane said she found her daughter in the morning “hunched over” with blue hands and lips before desperately starting CPR.
Jane said: ‘She was so still, her face and her lips were blue.
“I don’t think this was Jade’s attempt to harm herself, I think it was just an accident.”

An autopsy by Dr. Brian Roberts found that Jade had “potentially fatal levels” of methadone in her system along with 79 mg of alcohol and trace amounts of diazepam.
The inquest in Caernarfon, North Wales, heard that cocaine was also detected in her blood.
Assistant Coroner Sarah Riley concluded that Jade died as a result of respiratory depression due to methadone, diazepam and alcohol toxicity.
The Caernarfon coroner recorded the conclusion of a drug and alcohol related death. She said the young man had a history of mental health and ‘substance abuse’ problems.
Investigation
The investigation heard that Jade drank up to 12 cans a day and had been diagnosed with OCD, PTSD, social anxiety and ADHD.
The inquest heard that the tragic teenager had lived primarily with her late father David Jones, who split from Jane Mitchell in 2015.
But at the start of a lockdown, she and a friend moved in with her mother, who said Jade had been “harassed online and in person.”
Jones, 58, died in November 2020 after being beaten at the home of his ex-partner. A man has been jailed for the involuntary manslaughter of him.
Tributes poured in for the tragic Jade after her death.
Her aunt Sheryl Jones described her as a ‘beautiful niece’ when she launched an appeal to raise funds for her funeral.
Her friend Aiofe Ward said: ‘RIP Jade, I’m honestly speechless, I’m speechless. I wish I had the chance to say thank you for everything you did for me. You helped me through a lot.
‘You will never be forgotten, I will miss you very much.’
