Coronation Street star Harry Visinoni freaked out when he went to brush his teeth in the middle of the night.
The 21-year-old actor found a four-foot-long snake slithering across the toilet seat just after midnight Saturday morning.
Harry, who plays Seb Franklin on the ITV soap opera, called the RSPCA after discovering the royal python, the animal charity said.

Speaking later, Harry, who has starred in Corrie since 2016, said: “ I was brushing my teeth and saw what looked like a snake’s head emerge from behind the wall at the back of the toilet.
‘I didn’t assimilate it at first and then I looked again and realized what I had actually seen, so I hurried out of the bathroom and closed the door.

We went back inside and watched the snake crawl up to the top of the toilet and sit on the seat just to look at us.
Harry and his girlfriend Ellie Isaac left the room before returning to find that the snake appeared to be gone.
They later contacted the RSPCA who sent animal rescuer Sonia Hulme to her home, who located the snake behind the radiator in the bathroom.
She said: ‘She was quite feisty and really didn’t want to get away from the radiator so I managed to unscrew the top and when it fell forward Harry grabbed the radiator and I managed to support the snake’s tail with a pillowcase covering my hands and managed to get it safely.

“ I thought it was quite appropriate for this royal python to be found on the throne, and since she is female, we thought it would be appropriate to call her Lulu. ”
The escaped snake is believed to have belonged to Visinoni’s previous owner of the home, who died a few months ago, the RSPCA said.
Sonia added: ‘We suspect she escaped months ago and probably lived in the wall cavity, but luckily snakes can often survive with long intervals between meals.
