Ethan Gordon-Farleigh of Moat Way, Malvern appeared before magistrates Thursday where he did not indicate his statements to either charge.
Charged
He is accused of attempting to have s*xual communication with a child between April 9 and April 16 of this year and of organizing / facilitating the commission of a child s*xual offense between the same dates.
The magistrates declined jurisdiction in the case.
The next hearing will take place at Worcester Crown Court on June 10.
The defendant was granted bail on the condition that he had no contact with children and presented communication devices to police officers who requested it.
