Who was Elijah Shepp?
A gunman was arrested Sunday for the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old man in Brooklyn, police said.
Elijah Shepp, 22, was arrested Sunday night and taken to District 75 in eastern New York on charges of murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.
The deceased victim was identified as Wayne Washington.

Shooting
The shooting occurred shortly before 11:30 p.m. Saturday night. Police responded to a 911 call from two people shot at 580 Pennsylvania Ave.
Police discovered Washington unconscious and unconscious with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported by EMS to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A 19-year-old woman also received a gunshot wound to the torso, police said. She was taken to Kings County Hospital and was in critical condition on Sunday.
She recovered a firearm at the scene, police say.
