A young man has been expelled from all authorized places in Queensland after an altercation with a worker at a bottle store who was put over the head by a key.

After ordering a box of pre-mixed rum, he came in to give the woman a hug, but she refused.
Blyth then put the woman in a ‘headlock’ and when she demanded that he let her go, he threatened to ‘beat her’ and tried to pull her pants off her, the Mackay magistrates court was told.
The worker had refused to sell him the drinks because he was already drunk, Courier Mail reported.
Blyth has pleaded guilty to common battery in a public place and will be banned from any licensed venue, including pubs, clubs, and bottle shops across the state for one year.
Justice Bronwyn Hartigan said the 24-year-old’s behavior was “very serious.”
Her attorney said Blyth suffered from alcohol problems and is receiving counseling.
Justice Hartigan said she was seriously considering a jail term “although totally suspended.”
“Because he has a shocking story and he’s not a particularly young person,” she said.
Blyth had been on probation at the time and had previously faced court in connection with charges of assault that resulted in bodily harm and was a public nuisance.
He was convicted and put on probation for two years.
Blyth will also have to complete 40 hours of community service.
