Durte Dom Biography
Durte Dom was born in 1995 in Lithuania but moved to Chicago when he was a child. He posted the first YouTube video of him in October 2016. Dom is very active on social media as it is one of his main sources of income. In most of it, he vlogs and tries to find different concepts. Dom has also released two mixtapes, namely “Looking to Land” and “Highly Inappropriate”.
The friends crowded into one of their cars to shoot a video with Dobrik’s famous YouTube group, the Vlog Squad. Hannah knew that her friends watched videos made by the group, but she had no idea how famous they really were.
Famous YouTuber David Dobrik and his Vlog Squad are back in the news for the wrong reasons. A woman accused a member of Dobrik’s Vlog Squad Durte Dom of drugging and raping her with additional shocking details about the incident. The woman, who was given the pseudonym Hannah, has alleged that Dom, whose real name is Dominykas Zeglaitis, got her drunk when she was 20 in 2018 and sexually assaulted her after she came to the group’s home to film a video.
A journalist named Kat Tenbarge from Insider posted a lengthy thread on her Twitter account revealing the gruesome details of the unfortunate incident. Dobrik’s vlogging team consists of Dobrik, his childhood friend Zeglaitis, and YouTubers Jason Nash, Jeff Wittek, Todd Smith, Nick Antonyan, and Brandon Calvillo. Dobrik also released a YouTube video in which he briefly addressed the current row.

New s**xual accusations
This is not the first time that the Vlog Squad has been accused of sexual allegations. While addressing the most recent controversy related to Dom, Dobrik said: “With people in my life that I no longer film with, like Dom, I chose to distance myself, because I don’t align myself with some of the actions, and I can’t stand any kind of bad behavior. . Some of my friends have disappointed me a lot. “He also added that he has removed the vlogs after realizing that” they no longer represent me and are hurtful to other people. ”
Controversy of the accusations
The anonymous accuser told Insider that Vlog Squad member Dom along with other members of her forced her to drink to the point where she could no longer consent to her. According to Insider, Dobrik was present during the filming of the vlog and the footage was used as a consensual “threesome plot” in her vlog, however the video was later removed from YouTube.
The journalist in her tweet said: “The accuser says that the members of the Vlog Squad gave her and her friends from her university hard liquor because they were not of legal drinking age at the time and could not buy alcohol. @trishapaytas, who was there that night, told Insider that she witnessed this. “Hannah said she couldn’t remember everything that happened that night, revealing that Zeglaitis caught her in her room before passing out.
“It seemed like I had a super fun night with these famous vloggers basically, which is not what happened,” Hannah said. “They exploited me for the content and took away my autonomy and my voice,” she added. The anonymous accuser has not contacted the police regarding the same.
According to the journalist’s tweet, the vlog was viewed 5 million times before being deleted. In another tweet, the reporter says: “Hannah’s * friend who was there that night told Insider that the other men from the Vlog Squad went to the room to watch the act. David also said that he saw it with his own eyes in a podcast. ”
