Enfield police today tweeted a request for help finding the schoolboy.
Officers have shared two photographs of Demetrace to help members of the public keep an eye on him.
In one of the images she is seen wearing the school uniform that she was wearing when she was last seen.
Writing on Twitter at 12:40 pm, a police spokesman said: ‘The police are appealing to track down 10-year-old Demetrace Nyakana, missing.
‘She was last seen at 8.20am on the Lytchett Estate.
Demetrace wears a Cartherhatch school uniform, a navy blue T-shirt, and gray pants.
‘Please call the police with any sightings.’
Anyone with information on Demetrace’s whereabouts or who saw him today should immediately call the police at 999 in an emergency or 101.
