Tennessee Wendy’s manager Demarrus Pritchett, 23, was arrested and charged on Wednesday after he was allegedly caught dousing a customer in frying oil on camera
23-year-old Demarrus Pritchett was caught spraying Zayveon Johnson with oil into the chamber at Wendy’s in Huntingdon, a city about 115 miles from Nashville.
Johnson asked for a refund at the drive-thru window and argued with Pritchett about his food, which he said was cold. Police said the manager left the window, then returned with a metal skillet of deep-frying oil and covered Johnson with it.

Police said Pritchett admitted to throwing the oil at Johnson and was booked into a Carroll County jail on charges of aggravated battery. He was later released after posting a $ 5,000 bond.
Johnson’s mother told WCCB on Wednesday that her son was in poor condition and that she hopes “justice will be served.”
This is not the first incident at the Wendy’s Tennessee location.
Pritchett grabbed the metal skillet with deep-frying oil after Johnson asked for a refund.
Arrested and Charged
The manager of a Tennessee Wendy’s was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly poured hot fryer oil on a customer asking for money back because his food was cold.
Keith Johnson Jr, 21, was charged with threatening a customer with a gun at a Wendy’s drive-thru on the Louisiana State University campus on Oct. 3, according to Newsweek.
Johnson, who was an employee at the location, allegedly threatened three people at the restaurant, according to a statement from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office.
Two women and a man received help from two officers outside Wendy’s and were told that someone inside “the restaurant (the defendant) was threatening them with a gun,” a police statement read.wikipedia
Officers entered and found the defendant holding a small bag with an extended gun magazine sticking out.
Officers arrested Johnson and found two guns and marijuana in the bag.
He was taken to East Baton Rouge Parish Prison where he was charged with carrying a weapon in a firearm-free zone, aggravated assault, and simple possession of marijuana.
