“The charges were dropped after extensive investigations by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department and the Los Angeles Police Department, while working with Santa Barbara County and Los Angeles County prosecutors,” said Dudley’s statement. “After examining all the evidence, Santa Claus

The Barbara County attorney has asked the Los Angeles district attorney for jurisdiction to handle the 4-11 scores in Santa Barbara. ”

Cohen said in a statement to USA Today

Cohen said in a statement to USA Today that Guillod maintains his innocence and has evidence that contradicts the allegations.

“Guillod was defamed for eight years without having had the opportunity to swear an oath against his accusers,” the statement said. “Justice is rarely fast and often difficult; but Guillod hopes very much to be able to delete his name in the appropriate forum.”

Guillod has been charged with four counts related to the first alleged meeting on May 21, 2012 in Los Angeles County, in which he is charged with s*xual penetration by an unconscious victim or unconscious, s*xual penetration by a victim drugged, oral copulation of a drunk victim and oral copulation of an unconscious or unconscious victim.

During the alleged meeting of December 14, 2014 in Santa Barbara County, he faced three charges, including the rape abduction, the rape of a drug victim and the rape of an unconscious person.

Third alleged meeting

During the third alleged meeting, between January 30 and 31, 2015, in Los Angeles County, he was charged with rape by a drug addict and rape by an unconscious person.

Charged in November 2017

Guillod, manager, producer and co-CEO of Primary Wave Entertainment, was charged in November 2017 by actress Jessica Barth, who said she drugged and s*xually assaulted her in 2012 while working as a manager in Los Angeles.

The charges were investigated at the time by Los Angeles police because Barth filed their lawsuit with them. The charges were not recorded at this time.

“An impressive amount of evidence was gathered during this investigation, disputing these charges,” said Cohen’s statement. “DNA came back negative in the case of Los Angeles; visible witnesses appeared in support of Guillod’s statement of events; and numerous SMS and e-mails obtained by the defense tell a very different story from what is alleged. In addition, Mr. Guillod has successfully passed five independent polygraph exams. ”

Guillod took a leave of absence

Guillod took a leave of absence and ended up resigning from Primary Wave after Barth released his claim, when the #MeToo movement came after allegations of s*xual misconduct against Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein (who has since been convicted).

“For the past eight years Guillod has denied these allegations and for the past eight years Guillod has fully cooperated with all aspects of the police investigation,” said the Cohen statement. “We are considering the unification of the files submitted to the Santa Barbara parquet and the suspicious moment.”

Guillod was executive producer of the 2017 movie “Atomic Blonde”, starring Charlize Theron, and produced the 2020 movie “Extraction,” the Netflix movie with Chris Hemsworth.
