Who is David Frodsham ?
David Frodsham was a senior civilian commander at a US air base in Afghanistan when he was ordered home by Army commanders after investigating multiple allegations of s*xual harassment.

Arrested

But records reviewed by the AP show that the US military and the state of Arizona overlooked or ignored various red flags for more than a decade, allowing Frodsham to allegedly abuse his adopted son and other children for years, practices that made him vulnerable to blackmail. .

Investigation
