Police responded at Block 16000 at Rustling Oak Court on East Dunne Avenue on Sunday

The police responded at around 1 pm. Police stabbed a knife at a residence on Block 16000 at Rustling Oak Court on East Dunne Avenue on Sunday, the police said.

Upon arrival, the police found the suspect, Dane Cleeton standing near the front of the house, covered in blood and demanding that the police kill him.

The police managed to neutralize the situation and arrest Cleeton without force, according to the police. The police found a woman who did not respond, Cleeton’s mother, with several knife wounds on the residence’s porch, and asked for medical attention. Cleeton’s father was across the street and had injuries to his upper body.

The father was transported to the hospital by helicopter while the mother was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not yet been released.

Cleeton was arrested in the main prison in Santa Clara County. The investigators determined that Cleeton stabbed the two victims after a disturbance at the residence.
