After Damian was born Steve denied that he was the Father by alleging that he and Hurley had a brief, non-exclusive relationship in 2001. A DNA test, however, established Bing as the child’s father.

Steve died by jumping his 27th floor LA apartment after becoming ‘depressed about lack of human contact during quarantine’. He was an American businessman, philanthropist, film producer, and donor to progressive causes.
He was also the founder of Shangri-La Entertainment, an organization with interests in property, construction, entertainment, and music. He also co-wrote both the screenplay and the story of Kangaroo Jack (2003). Elizabeth Hurley paid tribute to her former Husband after news of his death.
